Out Of Africa Capital is our private equity arm, specializing in leveraged buyouts (LBOs), strategic acquisitions, and project development. We acquire established, scalable companies with strong fundamentals, as well as undervalued or underperforming businesses with untapped potential. In both cases, we unlock value through operational improvements, financial optimization, and active ownership. In addition to acquisitions, we also develop projects from concept to capital — structuring and securing debt financing to bring high-potential ventures to life.
